Build these posture exercises into your routine. Do one every time there is an advert break on TV. Or put a reminder on the bathroom mirror and do one every time you wash your hands. Or every time you boil kettle.

Exercises for Flexibility and Stretching

Practice two or three of these stretching exercises before the strength exercises, then do the others afterwards.

Exercises for Strength

Do each of the strength exercises ten times if you can. After doing those you feel able to do, finish with some more stretching exercises.
