*Live Loud! Voice support group runs fortnightly sessions to help people whose
voices are affected by their Parkinson’s. We do a range of fun speaking activities
including tongue twisters, group discussions, role plays and games, designed to
help you raise your voice and improve your vocal confidence. Sessions are run by
trained volunteers and are free.

Mental Health and Wellbeing resources for Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan

The Primary Mental Health Support Service (PMHSS) offers a range of educational open access courses for adults in the local community whose GP is based in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan. Follow the link to access further information about these courses www.stepiau.org/open-access-courses.

We Are Undefeatable is an initiative where several charities, including Parkinson’s UK, have partnered together to support people with long term health conditions become more active. It is a good place to start if you want to be more active and aren’t sure where to start!

Dance for Parkinson’s: Dance for Parkinson’s | National Dance Company Wales (ndcwales.co.uk)

This is a National Dance Company Wales dance class specifically for people with Parkinson’s. Classes have been going ahead in an online format during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a fee to pay for each session. Further information about the classes can be found by clicking on the link.
